Great pretzel place. Lots to choose from. Delicious . Highly recommend

cute pretzel restaurant! a great place to stop when you are walking around downtown Traverse City pretzels are made daily, so they are fresh and yummy! the building was a little small, can't fit more than three people in there, but a very cute set up inside

Absolutely incredible service! We have a very severe milk protein allergy and the staff was sooo caring and cautious. They made our pretzels on a separate pan and was very aware not to come even somewhat close to cross contamination- even down to opening a new package of napkins! And then on top of it all, it was incredibly delicious (even without butter!). They made the experience so wonderful that we went back several hours later to get a few more for the road. Thank you!!!

I was gifted a soft pretzel I let sit for hours before eating, by the time I got around to eating it I was expecting it to be really bad...it was AMAZING! I thought if it's this good now how good are the fresh ones? I had to find out! I went to union st. and discovered that fresh it was the best soft pretzel I've had in my life! The storefront is very small so if it's busy it might be tight quarters but it was clean, menu items clearly posted, staff was delightful! You can see them making pretzels right there which is fun! If you like sauces (plain fan here) they have a ton of fun savory and sweet sauces! So glad I discovered this spot-it will be my go to when carb cravings hit!

Fantastic workers who gave great recommendations that we listened to thankfully, super fast turn around time for my order. Love the pairing of the garlicky cream cheese with the cajun pretzel the perfect amount of spice and texture for a pretzel. My fiance got the parmesan and garlic pretzel it paired perfectly with the good tasting nacho cheese for dipping sauce. Highly HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone just walking around down town playing tourist and wants a quick and cheap bite to eat. Will for sure be back in the future to this location.

I thought the pretzels were very good. A little overpriced if you ask me. The inside was extra small, but they have some seating outside if you want to sit and eat. The workers were helpful and quick. The options for pretzels and dips were good. The cream cheese was actually excellent. Not sure what brand they use, but it was delightful. We got regular and chives/onions and they were both delicious. Overall, a great experience and one I would recommend to others!

Not the standard Bavarian pretzel you are probably used to. These pretzels, the flavorings and the dips are unlike anything I have ever had. Do not sleep on the jalapeno popper dip or Cajun pretzel. We also got the sampler, jalapeno cheddar pretzel and the cheddar cheese sauce. Everything was amazing. Wish we had tried them earlier in our visit! They also offer catering!
